Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park is a comprehensive 315.6-acre regional facility in Englewood, Florida, offering both outdoor and indoor recreational amenities. The park features a modern 23,000 sq ft recreation center built in 2019 with a fitness facility and multi-purpose gymnasium. An Olympic-standard heated 25-yard competition pool with eight lanes, diving well with 1-meter board, activity pool, and shallow water play area serves aquatic recreation needs. Outdoor amenities include pickleball and tennis courts, basketball courts, extensive bike trails, nature preserve, dog park, disc golf, skate park, and playground.
