The park operates 4 AM - 10 PM year-round with restrooms and drinking water available. Winter activities (skiing, ice skating) operate seasonally with extended staffed hours for equipment rentals and concessions. Permit fees apply for cross-country skiing ($8 daily, $30 annual) and disc golf ($7 daily, $50 annual). The park serves as a community hub with amenities for all ages and seasons.
