About
The Picklr is preparing to open one of the most substantial indoor pickleball facilities in Loudoun County. Located at Cascades Marketplace in Sterling, the venue occupies a 30,000-square-foot space that was previously home to a Marshalls store. The facility will feature 10 pickleball courts, including two championship-sized courts designed for competitive play and tournament hosting. A full pro shop will be available on-site, along with dedicated space for private events, leagues, and community gatherings. Instruction is a central focus at this location. Through the Picklr Academy, both adults and juniors will have access to structured instructional programs aimed at developing fundamentals, strategy, and match play confidence. This makes the facility particularly appealing to newcomers searching for pickleball lessons in Northern Virginia.
