Kemp Mill Estates Local Park is a 12-acre Montgomery County park featuring one pickleball court (striping on a lighted tennis court), along with two additional lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, softball field with backstop, and multi-use field. The park is located adjacent to the 1,200-acre Northwest Branch Stream Valley Park. An Activity Building is available for rental through the Park Permits Office (301-495-2525). The park operates from sunrise to sunset and is maintained without pesticides. Pickleball play appears to be walk-in, first-come, first-served with no online booking system. For Activity Building rentals or tours, contact the Park Permits Office Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
