If you believe content on dink.one infringes your copyright
Send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all six elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on the service that is alleged to be infringing - a direct URL is best, for example
https://dink.one/c/example. - Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Designated DMCA agent: rpearl@ispcorp.net. We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and act on valid notices within 10 business days. We may disclose your notice to the user who posted the material.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or mis-identification, you may send a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to the same address. Restoration takes 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files suit.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of users we identify, in our discretion, as repeat infringers.
