Everything we do — and what we do not
55 capabilities, grouped by who they are for. Every one links to the page that explains it, because a bullet point you cannot follow up on is just an assertion.
Each badge is read from the same source our help centre uses, so nothing here can claim to work when the documentation says otherwise.

What we have not built
The most useful page on most products is the one nobody writes. Here is what we get asked for and cannot yet do. We would rather you find this out now than three weeks in.
Syncing with an external rating
On the roadmapYou can type an external rating in once to seed your d1R. There is no live sync, no import of your match history, and nothing flows back the other way. Anyone telling you otherwise has misread the settings screen.
Paying prize money out
On the roadmapWe can take entry fees in. We cannot pay winnings out. The prize feature is a record of who won what and whether you have paid them — you still pay by whatever means you already use.
Reporting abusive content
On the roadmapThere is no report button and no moderation queue. If something needs dealing with, email us and a person will handle it. This is a real gap and we are not going to pretend it is a design decision.
Rotating-partner doubles leagues
On the roadmapLeagues where partnerships shuffle every week are not supported. Fixed pairs, teams and individuals all are.
A weekly email summary
On the roadmapYou get notified about things that need you, in the app and by push. There is no weekly round-up email yet.
Reselling a paid spot
On the roadmapIf you have paid and cannot make it, the organizer refunds or credits you. You cannot pass your place to someone else yourself.
Letting the assistant act for you
Being builtIt can answer questions and read your own data. Registering you for things, messaging people and logging matches on your behalf are being built, behind an explicit confirmation step.
Deeper coaching discovery
Being builtBooking a coach works end to end. The finding-the-right-coach part — ranking, richer filtering, scheduling depth — is still thin, and coverage is patchy outside Southwest Florida.
