Works today
The person keeping score on a Tuesday night doesn't need access to your bank details. Hats let you hand out exactly one job.
What a hat covers
- Scoring — enter and confirm results for this game.
- Check-in — scan people in at the door.
- Roster — substitute, withdraw or add a player on the day.
- Nothing else. No finances, no settings, no member data beyond the roster in front of them.
Adding someone
- Open the game in the manage console.
- Add them by handle.
- Pick the hat that matches the job, not the person's seniority.
- They get an invite. Accepting gives them the console for that game only.
Common questions
How do I take it back?
Remove them from the game's staff list. It takes effect immediately.
They're not a member of my club.
That's fine. A hat is scoped to the game, not to your membership list.
Will they see what people paid?
No. Financial surfaces need an entity role, and a hat doesn't grant one.
