For coaches

Get found, get booked, get paid

Students book real slots from your calendar. Their card is held when they ask and charged when you accept — so you are never chasing an invoice, and they are never charged for a session you did not agree to.

What usually gets in the way

  • Word of mouth is your entire funnel, and it stops at the edge of your usual group.

You appear where players are already looking for a coach, filtered by what you actually teach and how far they will travel. Your playing record is right there too, so nobody has to take your word for it.

  • A session happened three weeks ago and you are still deciding whether it is worth asking again.

Payment is taken at the moment you accept the booking. There is no invoice, no reminder and no awkward message.

  • Half your week is messages about times you already published somewhere.

Publish the slots you would genuinely teach and students book them directly. The back-and-forth only happens when something needs negotiating.

  • Someone books, does not turn up, and you have lost the slot and the fee.

You were already paid at approval. Your own cancellation terms are shown to the student before they book, rather than being a conversation afterwards.

What is actually real

Each links to the page that explains it. The status badges are read from the same source the help centre uses.

How you would start

  1. Add coaching to the player profile you already have. There is no second account.
  2. Publish a handful of real slots and set a rate.
  3. Accept your first request within a day and the session is confirmed.
  4. The money lands in your own Stripe account on its usual schedule.

What it costs

We take 10% on a free account, 3% on Basic, 1% on Pro. Stripe charge their processing fees separately — we quote our share on its own rather than folding them together, because an all-in number would be wrong the moment Stripe change theirs. If you coach regularly the maths on a paid plan flips quickly; work it out on your own volume.
