Prepare for a session

What you can see about a student before they arrive.

Works today

Turning up already knowing what someone struggles with is the difference between a good first session and a diagnostic one.

What is available

  • Their match history and who they have played.
  • Recent form, so you know whether they are on a run or a slump.
  • A generated read on patterns in their results, per booking.

Common questions

They have barely played here.

Then there is nothing useful to read, and you will get more from five minutes of hitting than from any screen.

The read does not match what I see.

Go with what you see. It is inferred from scorelines, and scorelines miss most of what a coach notices.

Can I show it to the student?

It is their own data, so yes. Framing it as a starting point rather than a verdict tends to land better.
