For clubs and facilities
Run the club, not the admin
Members sign themselves up. games fill and waitlist themselves. Money collects itself. You go back to the part you actually volunteered for.
Set your club upThe weekly grind
Collecting fees in four different ways and reconciling them in a notebook, then covering the shortfall yourself.
People pay when they register. It lands in your own account, and every registration says what was paid, refunded, credited or comped.
Reading sixty comments on a post to work out who is actually turning up on Saturday.
One-tap registration, a live roster and an automatic waitlist. No more comment-thread archaeology.
Posting the same announcement three times because the feed buried it and half the club never saw it.
Broadcast once to every member, in-app and by push. Nothing is ranking your message against a video of a dog.
Saturday morning with a clipboard, a phone at 4% and three people asking who they are playing.
A courtside console for check-in, rounds and scores — and a scoped role so you can hand the scoring to someone without handing over your finances.
What is actually real
Each links to the page that explains it. The status badges come from the same source the help centre reads, so they cannot disagree.

Works todayGetting your place listed properly, and what is worth filling in.
How you would start
- Claim your facility if it is already listed, or add it. Ten minutes.
- Share your join link where your group already talks. Let people come across at their own pace.
- Run one game through it before moving anything else. One is enough to know.
- Look at what you collected, then decide whether a paid plan is worth it.
Almost all of this is free
Only two things need a paid plan: bookable reservations, and private groups that stay out of public listings. Everything else — games, entry fees, members, memberships, leagues, scoring, broadcasts — works on a free account, where we take 10% of what you collect instead of a monthly fee. If you are collecting enough, Basic at 0 drops that to 3% and pays for itself. Stripe charge their own processing fees separately.
