Take payments and get paid out

Connecting Stripe, what it costs, and when the money actually lands.

Works today

Money moves between the person paying and your own Stripe account. We're not a middleman holding your takings — we take a percentage at the moment of the charge, and the rest is yours.

Getting set up

  1. Open your entity, then Billing.
  2. Connect Stripe. You'll do this in Stripe, not here, and we never see your bank details.
  3. Wait for Stripe to verify you. A paid tier you set up before that saves as a draft and switches on by itself once verification lands.
  4. Set your prices — entry fees, membership tiers, bookings. One connected account covers every entity you manage.

What it costs

  • Our cut is 10% on Free, 3% on Basic at $20 a month, and 1% on Pro at $100 a month.
  • Stripe's own processing fees are on top of that and go to Stripe. We quote our percentage separately rather than folding them together, because an all-in number would be wrong the moment Stripe changes theirs.
  • One subscription covers every club, facility and league you run. It's priced per operator, not per entity.

Common questions

When does the money reach me?

On Stripe's payout schedule to your connected account, the same as any other Stripe business. You can see and change it from the Stripe dashboard we link you to.

How do I refund someone?

From the registration itself, where you can refund, issue a credit, or remove them and keep the fee. The choice is explicit so nobody assumes the wrong one happened.

Do I need a paid plan to charge for games?

No. Free accounts can charge; we take 10% instead of 3% or 1%. If you're running enough volume, the maths flips and Basic pays for itself.
