Get your members in
Moving an existing group across without harvesting anyone's email.
Works today
The usual worry is that moving a group means losing half of it. Share one link and let people come across at their own pace — you do not need everyone on day one.
Getting people in
- Share your join link wherever your group already talks. It works as a link, a code or a printed QR.
- Or import a list you already keep, and invite from it.
- Approve requests if your group is not open to all comers.
- Your games start appearing in their feed straight away.
Membership tiers
- Define tiers if you have them — full, social, junior, whatever you already use.
- Give tiers their own pricing. Discounts apply at checkout automatically; a member never has to ask.
- Charge recurring dues if you take them, rather than chasing annually.
Common questions
Half my group will not move.
Do not make them. Keep your existing chat where it is and move only the admin — games, RSVPs, money. People follow the thing they need, which is usually the sign-up sheet.
I have a spreadsheet of members.
Import it. They still confirm for themselves, so nobody is added silently.
Can my group be invite-only?
Yes — that is one of the two features needing a paid plan. Public groups with approval-on-request are free and cover most cases.
