What comes off the top, and when the money reaches you.
Works today
A session at your rate does not arrive as your rate. Here is exactly what comes off, so there are no surprises on the first payout.
What comes off
- Our percentage: 10% on a free account, 3% on Basic, 1% on Pro. It is set by the plan you are on, not by the session.
- Stripe's processing fees, which go to Stripe. We quote our share separately rather than folding them together, because an all-in number would be wrong the moment Stripe changes theirs.
- Any share you have agreed with a club or facility, if you coach through one.
Money goes to your own connected account on Stripe's payout schedule, the same as any other business using Stripe. We are not holding it in between.

Where is my money?
In your Stripe account, on its payout schedule. You can see and change that schedule from the Stripe dashboard we link you to.
I received less than I expected.
Check for a venue share, and for an outstanding adjustment from a previous late cancellation. Both are itemised on the booking.
Do I need to invoice anyone?
No. You are paid at the point the session is approved. Your tax affairs are still yours.
