Cancellations
What happens to the money depending on who cancels, and when.
Works today
Sessions fall through. What matters is who cancelled and whether the booking had been approved yet.
The three cases
- Student cancels before you approve — nothing was taken. Nobody owes anybody.
- Student cancels after approval — your own cancellation terms apply. They were shown those before booking.
- You cancel — the student is refunded, and a late cancellation carries a cost to you.

Cancel and tell us. We would rather hear it from you than have a student wondering where you were.
Can I move it instead of cancelling?
Agree a new time with the student first. Rescheduling is almost always better for both of you than cancelling and rebooking.
How long does an adjustment last?
Until it is worked off against future bookings. There is no expiry, so it follows you if you go quiet for a season.
