Inviting players, and what each state on the roster means.
Works today
Invite generously. A member who never plays costs you nothing; being two short on a Tuesday costs you the fixture.
Filling it
- Invite your whole list at once if you already have one.
- Or add people individually by handle as you recruit them.
- Each person confirms for themselves. You can't confirm on their behalf — it's their commitment, and their fee.
- Activate the ones who are genuinely playing. Inactive members stay on your list without counting toward what the team owes.
What the states mean
- Invited — asked, hasn't answered. They can already be assigned to a squad.
- Confirmed — they've said yes.
- Active — counts toward your team's fee and can be selected.
- Inactive — on your list, not playing, not billed.
Common questions
My player isn't signed up.
Invite them anyway — they get a link and land straight on your roster when they join.
Someone never responds to the invite.
Mark them inactive. It keeps them on your list for next season without them counting toward what you owe.
Can I add someone mid-season?
Yes. They join, confirm and pay their share like anyone else, and the team balance updates.
