Log a match

Getting a result recorded in under a minute, and the fast ways to do it.

Works today

Log it while you're still at the court. It takes about thirty seconds, and the people who were there are standing right in front of you to confirm it.

Logging one

  1. Open Log match from your home screen.
  2. Add who played and which side they were on.
  3. Enter the score. The buttons are oversized on purpose — you're outdoors, probably squinting.
  4. Share the code with the others so they can confirm. That's what turns it from your word into a result.

Faster ways

  • Have the others scan your code. They land straight on the confirm screen, signed in or not.
  • In an organized game, the roster is already there — pick from it rather than typing names.
  • For a full session, use a scorecard and keep score game by game as you go.

Common questions

My opponent isn't on here.

Add them by name anyway. A profile is created for them, and if they sign up later they can claim it and inherit the history.

We both logged the same match.

You'll be shown the duplicate and asked which to keep. Resolve it rather than leaving both — two copies count twice.

I got the score wrong.

Anyone in the match can dispute it, which freezes it until it's corrected. Easier still: fix it before anyone confirms.
