Playoffs seed from your standings, so if the table is right the bracket is right.
Running it
- Seed from the final standings. Settle any disputes first, or you'll seed off a table that's about to change.
- Run the rounds. Scores work exactly as they do in the regular season.
- Record what each place wins.
- Mark each one paid once you've actually paid it, and note how. Six months later that record is the only thing that remembers.
What the ledger is good for
- A permanent record of who placed where.
- An honest outstanding list, so nobody gets missed.
- How each was settled, which is what you'll want if anyone asks later.
Common questions
Can I override the seeding?
Yes. Seeding starts from standings; it isn't locked to them.
Two teams tie for the last spot.
Head-to-head is applied first. If they're still level, you decide — and it's worth publishing that rule before the season, not after.
Can I pay the prize money through dink.one?
Not today. We can take entry fees in, but we don't pay prize money out. Automated payouts are on the roadmap and we'll say so plainly when they exist.
