The difference between the two, and where each one can be spent.
Works today
Two different things that both end up as a balance you can spend.
Which is which
- A gift certificate is bought by one person for another. It can be scheduled to arrive on a date, and it's redeemed with a code.
- Credits are prepaid balance you buy for yourself, usually at a discount for buying ahead.
Using them
- Buy credits from your account, or redeem a gift code you were sent.
- It shows in your balance immediately.
- It comes off automatically at checkout. You don't have to remember to apply it.
Common questions
Can I send a gift to someone not signed up?
Yes. They get a code and can redeem it when they join.
Can a gift be refunded?
If it hasn't been redeemed, yes — ask us.
Where can I spend credits?
Against bookings, game entry and coaching sessions. You'll see the balance applied at checkout.
