Generate and edit the schedule

Make the fixture grid, then change it when real life happens.

Works today

Generate once, then edit. You should never have to regenerate a whole season because one week moved.

Making the grid

  1. Close team entry once you know who's in. Adding teams after generation means starting over.
  2. Generate fixtures from the Schedule tab.
  3. Read the grid before publishing. This is the cheapest moment to change your mind.
  4. Publish. Captains see their week, players see the schedule, and the public page starts filling in.

What you can change afterwards

  • Move a single fixture to a different date or time.
  • Send it to a different court or facility, including a mid-season venue change for a whole session.
  • Postpone without deciding the new date yet.
  • Swap home and away.
  • Reassign which squad plays which line.

Common questions

Can I add a session after generating?

Yes. Sessions can be added, removed or updated after generation without rebuilding the grid.

Two fixtures landed on the same court at the same time.

Move one from its edit sheet. If it keeps happening, you have fewer courts configured than the schedule needs — fix that in the courts tab.

Can I edit after publishing?

Yes, and captains are notified. Publishing isn't a one-way door; it just means people can now see it.
