Your privacy and your data
What's visible, what we do with it, and how to take it all back.
Works today
You can export everything or delete everything yourself, without asking us and without waiting on a support queue.
What you control
- What appears on your public profile. Your real name never does.
- Whether your data is used by the AI features. Off means off — they stop working for you rather than working quietly.
- What you're notified about and how. Every category separately.
- Who can contact you at all.
Exporting or deleting
- Open Settings from the More menu.
- Go to Privacy & Data.
- Choose export or delete.
- Confirm. Export arrives as a file; deletion runs and you'll see its status.
Common questions
What's in the export?
Your profile, your matches, your d1R history, your registrations and your messages — the data we hold about you.
Is deletion reversible?
No. Export first if there's any chance you'll want your history. matches you played stay on other people's records, because they were their matches too.
There's a profile of me I never created.
Someone logged a match with you in it. Claim it and it's yours — including the history. If you'd rather it didn't exist, claim it and then delete it.
