Check people in
Getting people through the door without a clipboard.
Works today
Two taps a person. The point is to know who actually turned up, which matters more than it sounds when you are building rounds.
Checking someone in
- Open the Check-in tab.
- Scan the code on their phone.
- Check the name that comes up is the person in front of you.
- Done. They show as checked in for everyone else running the game.
Two ways to do it
- You scan them at the door. Faster when there is a queue.
- Or leave a code out and let people check themselves in. Fine for a regular session where you know everyone.
Common questions
They have not got their phone.
Find them on the roster and check them in manually.
They are not registered at all.
Add them from the Roster tab first, then check them in.
It says they are already checked in.
Someone else got there first. Nothing to fix.
