Captaining alone for a whole season is how people quietly stop volunteering. Add someone.
What a co-captain can do
- Invite, confirm and activate members.
- Build and commit weekly squads.
- Enter and confirm results.
- See the team balance and chase members.
Adding one
- Open your roster.
- Pick someone who's actually around on game nights.
- Make them co-captain.
- Tell them what you want them to own. Two people who both assume the other is doing the squads is worse than one person doing it.
Common questions
I want to stop being captain entirely.
Make someone co-captain first, then ask the league manager to move the captaincy. Don't just go quiet mid-season.
How many can I have?
More than one is fine. Past two or three, agree who does what or things get done twice.
My co-captain left.
Remove them from the roster and their extra controls go with it.
