Common questions
There's an item I can't do anything about.
Usually it's waiting on a member or the manager. It clears when they act — chase the person, not the list.
Do I get notified as well?
For the time-sensitive ones, yes. The list is the complete picture; notifications are the urgent subset.
Does my co-captain see the same list?
Yes. Either of you can clear an item, so agree who's doing what rather than both chasing the same person.
