Approve teams and set the level
Who gets in, and how to stop a stacked side entering a social division.
Works today
Entry is a claim, not an automatic place. A captain claims a team and builds a roster; you decide whether it belongs in this league.
Reviewing an entry
- Open the league console and go to Teams.
- Look at the roster and who the captain is. The claim shows you both.
- Check the eligibility read-out. It shows the team average against your cap and flags any individual outside the band.
- Approve, or decline with a reason. The captain sees the decision.
What the band actually does
- A team-average cap stops four strong players entering as one side.
- A per-player band catches one ringer on an otherwise ordinary roster.
- Both warn rather than block. You get told; you decide. A hard block would refuse the newcomer with three matches and a wide confidence band, who is exactly who you want in.
Common questions
A team is over the cap. Must I decline?
No — it's your call. Approve them into a higher division, ask the captain to change the roster, or decline. The band informs the decision; it doesn't make it.
Can I let a team in after entry closes?
Yes, but do it before you generate fixtures. Adding a team afterwards means regenerating the schedule.
Two people claimed the same team.
Only one claim can succeed — the second is refused at the moment it's made. Whoever holds it can add the other as co-captain.
