Fix a wrong score
What to do when you have entered the wrong thing.
Works today
It happens. There is a right way to fix it and a way that makes it worse.
The right way
- Find the match on the Scores tab.
- Tell an organizer. Overriding is theirs, not a scorer's.
- They override it with the right score, or void it entirely.
- If they voided it, enter the correct result once.
Common questions
I am the organizer.
Then override or void it yourself from the same screen. Both are recorded, so the correction is visible rather than silent.
The players disagree about the score.
Do not pick a side. Leave it and let the organizer settle it — that is what the dispute path is for.
It is already in the standings.
Still fixable. An override updates the table.
